| 我国正处于从传统社会向现代社会的转型，即从自给自足为特征的农业社会向分工合作为基础的工业社会和信息社会的转型，从计划经济向社会主义市场经济的转型，社会生活各方面都发生了重大的变化。这种转型使集体的组织形式、运行原则、集体与个人的关系等方面都出现了重大变化，使得以完全否定个人利益和个人价值为特点的传统集体主义价值观念和行为规范与社会生活的实际状况产生了一些重大的不适应。新的社会生活要求形成“新集体主义”的价值观，在坚持集体主义基本原则的基础上，承认和保障个人利益与个人价值。 |

| Our country is in the period changing from tradition to modernism, that is, it is transforming from an agricultural society into an industrial and informative one, and it is in the transition from the socialist planned economy to the socialist market economy. Significant changes appeared during the transition in collective organization form, operating principles, and the relationship between collective and the individual, which has caused a conflict between the traditional collective values and norms, characterized by complete negation personal interests and individual value, and the social life in the actual situation. The new social life requires “new collective values”, and recognize and ensure personal interests and individual value while insisting on the basic principles of collectivism. |
