| “三育人”工作是高校永恒的主题，但国内外形势的发展变化不断给“三育人”工作提出新的要求，促使我们不断实现“三育人”工作的创新与发展。必须提高对创新“三育人”工作重要性、紧迫性的认识，充分发挥教育工会的职能作用，积极探索新形势下“三育人”工作的新机制、新途径和新方法，构建全方位、全过程、有特色的育人体系，促进“三育人”工作健康开展，为培养合格人才提供可靠的保障。 |

| “Three Aspects of Education” work is the constant theme in college. But the development and change of domestic and foreign situation set forth stricter requirements for “Three Aspects of Education” work, which impels us continuously to innovate and develop it. We must improve our cognition of the significance and urgency of “Three Aspects of Education” work, give full play to the function of the labor union, explore new mechanisms, ways and methods for “Three Aspects of Education” work, and build an all direction and whole process characteristic system of educating people, thus to promote healthy and smooth progress of the “Three Aspects of Education” work, and to provide trustful service for cultivating qualified persons. |
