| The application of death penalty concerns the most important right of human rights directly the right of life. The relevant parties at home and abroad always focus broadly on the condition of execution. This article mainly discusses issues about the service of the written judgment of death penalty, the use of organ of the condemned, the treatment of corpse and so on, with the purposes of safeguarding the implement of laws and regulations effectively, improving the quality and level of administration of justice, preserving the benefits of our country and human rights. |
