| 总结了国外大学人才培养概况及相关模式，并对国外两所著名大学的产学研培养实践进行了分析，同时通过对比国内外大学教育现状，认为我国高校学研产合作教育模式应从全面的考核体制、多元化的合作形式和良好的服务保障三方面来加以完善。 |

| This paper sums up the profiles and related personnel training mode of foreign universities, and the Teaching Research Industry training practices at two well known overseas universities of practice are analyzed. By comparing the current situation of university education at home and abroad, it is suggested that three aspects should be improved for co education model in China, including comprehensive assessment system, diversified forms of cooperation and good security services. |
