| This article, based on ontology, expresses the ways of governing, elevate the saint and emperor who can connect with Tai yi(primordial beginnings of universe) directly. It suggests that emperor should govern the people according to natural laws, set up system of law, arrange official posts at different level, educate and civilize the people with music, humanity and harmony. Then, it discusses the concept and its development of Tai yi, and finds that the special concept of Tai yi presented in this article happened in early Han Dynasty after compared with other conceptions of Tai yi during warring states and Han Dynasty period. Therefore, this chapter “Tai Hong” was written in the period of emperor Jing and Wu of Han. |
