| 在社会主义新农村建设中，传统差序格局下的基于亲缘、血缘和地缘的，以参与网络为载体的公民互惠合作等形式展现的农村社会资本出现了流失和匮乏的现象。在一定程度上，农村社会资本不足已经成为农村发展的重要软制约问题。因此新农村建设要想取得满意的成效，必须在农村中重新建构以参与网络为载体的公民互惠，信任和合作等维度的新型农村社会资本。 |

| During the construction of new rural area, there emerged leakage and lack of rural social capital which is based upon kinship, consanguinity and geographic relationship in traditional orderly diversity pattern, and which assume the form of citizen reciprocal cooperation through participating network. To some extent the lack of social capital has become the most prominent problem precluding the development of rural area. Therefore satisfactory effectiveness of the construction of new rural area can only be achieved by reconstruction of multi dimensional new typed rural social capital of citizen reciprocity, trust and cooperation by participating network. |
