| From several perspective, this paper analyses the underlying cause and dynamics of its rapid growing up and development, directed by the innovation culture for nearly ten years since its operation. SRDC has practiced a successful trying for the investment and finance system and really provided some experience for the construction and management system of the new railway companies. |
