| 首先根据人均GDP购买力平价标准，对美日两国与我国全面小康相近的历史发展阶段进行界定。然后在此基础上，采用SNA统一口径，对美日两国相近阶段政府再分配规模数据进行了调整计算，并将其演变趋势和阶段特征同我国进行了比较。比较结果显示，当前我国再分配规模与我国经济发展水平基本相适应。 |

| Firstly, based on the purchasing power parity standard of GDP per capita, the article Estimated the historic stages of U.S. and Japan which are similar to China’s total well off society constructing. Then, with the same statistical standard of SNA, we estimated the reallocation scale of U.S. and Japan in their similar period. Next, we compared the evolution and characteristics of income reallocation of these two countries with China. The comparison results implied that the current income reallocation scale of China is suitable to its economy developing level. |
