为进行某工程机械发动机再制造曲轴的疲劳寿命分析,在有限元软件MSC.PATRAN中分别建立了原有曲轴和再制造曲轴的三维有限元分析模型,对原始曲轴和再制造曲轴进行了静强度和疲劳强度分析。从仿真结果可知,再制造曲轴具有较高的疲劳寿命。 |

In order to analyze the fatigue life of the remanufactured crankshaft in an engineering machine, three dimensional finite element models of the original and remanufactured crankshaft are constructed separately in a MSC.PATRA of the FEM software. The static strength and fatigue strength of the original and remanufactured crankshaft are also analyzed based on these models. According to the simulation result, the remanufactured crankshaft has a high fatigue life. |
