针对沪昆铁路客运专线新吉坪隧道内存在的20多处岩溶溶洞及两处较大溶洞群,提出了对于岩溶发育较浅区采用与仰拱同级别的混凝土回填密实、对于岩溶发育较深区采取钻孔注浆处理及对于填充物较多的溶槽形溶洞进行注浆固结三种针对性处理方案。详细介绍了钻孔注浆施工工艺,为新吉坪隧道隧底溶洞处理施工提供了重要的技术指导。 |

In view of the karst caves existing in the Xinjiping tunnel in the Hu Kun high speed railway, the treatment methods of the karst caves are put forward according to the karst development. The technology of concrete compact backfilling same as invert arch is used in the zone with shallow karst cave development; the technology of hole grouting is used in the zone with deep cave development, and the technology of grouting consolidation is used in the fluid bowl with much filler. The construction technology of the hole grouting is introduced in detail, which provides the technical guidance to the treatment technology in Xinjiping tunnel karst cave. |
