      南疆吐库二线中天山隧道左洞出口反坡段施工中突遇高压涌水,准确判断掌子面涌水量及采取应对措施是施工中应重点考虑的因素,而水量的大小又直接关系到堵水、排水措施。通过超前探孔等措施收集涌水量等基础数据,引用古德曼经验式、水压力法及水文地质比拟法进行隧道最大涌水量估算和预测,为注浆堵水设计,合理规划排水方案提供可靠依据。采用RPD 150C多功能地质钻机进行超前钻孔,PHP 15注浆机进行帷幕注浆,通过提高注浆压力和注浆量,止水效果明显,达到限量排放目标。施工中优化排水方案,增设排水管道和改进排水泵站,快速有效地排出洞内地下水,确保隧道施工安全。

      The reverse slope of left hand exit of Zhongtianshan Tunne suddenly encountered water gushing out with high pressure during construction of Tulufan to Kuerle Railway Line 2 Project at Souther Xinjiang. Accurate determination on water inflow at tunnel face and adoption of appropriate measures are key factors to be considered. Water amount is directly related to the water shut off and drainage measures. The basic data of inflow are collected through advanced drilling holes and other measures, citing the empirical formula of Goodman, water pressure method and hydrogeological analogy method, the tunnel's largest water inflow is estimated and predicted so as to provide reliable basis for design of grouting for stopping water and rational planning of drainage program. Using RPD 150C multifunctional geological drilling rig for drilling ahead, PHP 15 grouting machine for curtain grouting, by increasing grouting pressure and grouting amount, obvious sealing effect is achieved. By improving drainage scheme, adding drainage pipeline and improved drainage pumping station, groundwater is quickly and efficiently discharged, the safety of tunnel construction is ensured.
