针对某发动机活塞轻量化问题,进行了该结构模型的热机耦合分析,在此基础上完成了对活塞的变密度法拓扑优化设计,并从应力、变形、体积(重量)等方面对优化前后计算结果进行了比较和总结。研究结果表明:选择相同的材料,活塞质量较优化前降低了约 6.471%。优化后模型的最大形变量有所降低,应力峰值减少了16.73%,均力分布有所改善。 |

To solve the light weight of an engine piston,this paper makes the thermal mechanical analysis of the model and topology optimization design based on variable density method. In order to validate the optimization effect, it compares the results in the aspects of stress, deformation and volume(weight) and gives a summary finally. The optimization results show that, the mass of optimized piston reduces 6.471% while the material density is the same. The largest deformation is also lower than before, the highest Von Mises stress reduces 1673% and the mechanical performance improves to a certain degree. |
