汤逊湖特大桥岩溶非常发育,岩溶桩基数量为1 968根,约占桩基总数的55%。通过钢护筒下设工艺与midas civil软件对典型岩溶桩基的单、双钢护筒跟进实际工况的三维模拟分析与研究,得出护筒下设至不同溶腔、不同深度时需要确定的筒径与最佳内、外护筒的壁厚,有效地解决了护筒变形、反复坍孔等成孔事故,大大节约了成本,诠释了国内桥梁桩基护筒跟进区域的不确定性。 |

The karsts at Tangxunhu Extra large Bridge are fully developed. The quantity of karsts pile foundations is 1968, accounting for approximately 55% of the total pile foundations. In this paper, a three dimensional simulating analysis and research is made of the actual working conditions of following up single, double steel casings of typical karsts pile foundations with the Midas Civil software, which comes to the conclusion that we need to the accurate pipe diameter and the best internal and external wall thickness of steel casings at different dissolved cavity or different depths. It effectively prevents the accident of deformation of steel casings and repeated hole collapse and so on, reduces the cost greatly; and solves the uncertainty of steel casing follow up area of domestic bridge pile foundations. |
