      借助自制的两级固定床热解装置、气相色谱分析仪以及扫描电镜(SEM)等设备,在热解温度700 ℃、催化裂解温度700~900 ℃的条件下,以特种焦、白云石、高铝质多孔熟料为催化剂研究了生物质焦油裂解催化剂的微观结构与催化特性之间的关联性。研究工作以锯末为生物质原料,以过热水蒸汽为气化剂。研究结果表明:催化剂的微观结构与其催化特性具有很强的关联性。从微观结构看,特种焦的特征是:孔隙率高,比表面积大,孔径分布广;白云石则具有不规则裂隙以及不规则鳞片状晶体表面的特征;而高铝质多孔熟料具有裂隙相对规则、晶粒表面相对平滑的特征。实验数据表明:三者在生物质焦油转化率、产气率、产气成分、气体热值等方面均有明显的差异。

      Catalytic cracking experiments for biomass tar were carried out in a home made two stage fixed bed reactor with special coke, dolomite, and high alumina porous clinker aggregate, with the pyrolysis temperature at 700 ℃,and the cracking temperature from 700 to 900 ℃. Sawdust was used as biomass raw material. The gasification characteristics with steam were investigated. The microstructures of catalysts were characterized with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the produced gas was analysed by gas chromatograph (GC). The results showed that the characteristics of catalysts are related to the microstructures. The special coke exhibits high pore rate, large surface to volume ratio, and multimodal porosity; the calcined dolomite exhibits irregular rip and scale like crystal; and the high alumina porous clinker aggregate has regular rip and relatively smooth surface on the crystal. It is indicate that each of aforementioned catalysts has obviously different catalytic effect on the yield, components, heating value of the produced gas, and tar conversion rate.
