采用真空无压烧结方法原位合成制备了一种Al2O3/Ti3SiC2复合陶瓷。采用XRD、SEM分析复合陶瓷的物相和结构,测试复合陶瓷的硬度和强度。试验结果表明,1 350 ℃保温2 h,烧结的Al2O3/Ti3SiC2复合陶瓷,相对密度达到90%以上,生成Ti3SiC2物相的比例在80%以上。由于Al2O3均匀弥散分布,增强了Al2O3/Ti3SiC2复合陶瓷的强度,其中Al2O3含量为10 wt%时,Al2O3/Ti3SiC2复合陶瓷的显微硬度和抗弯强度分别为5.3 ±0.4 GPa和352±6 MPa |

A kind of Al2O3/Ti3SiC2 ceramic composites was synthesized in situ by the vacuum pressureless sintering method. The phase composition and structure of the ceramic composites are analyzed By XRD and SEM, and the hardness and strength of the composite ceramic are tested. The results show that the Al2O3/Ti3SiC2 ceramic composites can be sintered at 1 350 ℃ for 2 h, the relative density is above 90%, and the content of Ti3SiC2 phase generated during sintering is above 80%. Because of the uniform distribution of Al2O3, the strength of the ceramic composites is enhanced, and when the content of Al2O3 is 10 wt%, microhardness and bending strength of ceramic composites are 5.3 ± 0.4 GPa and 352 ± 6 MPa respectively. |
