在高等级公路施工中,常遇到大于30 m的高墩,墩身形式多为薄壁、空心、变截面的矩形墩。高墩桥多位于山岭重丘区,一般地形高差较大,施工难度较大。结合高岚河特大桥工程实际,介绍了薄壁空心高墩翻模施工和整体式提升托架结构设计与施工等关键技术。 |

There are often high piers higher than 30 m in the construction of high level highways. Most of these high piers have thin wall hollow bodies with variable cross sections and are located in mountainous areas with large altitude difference and much difficulty for construction. Based on the practical project of Gaolan river extra large bridge, the key technology of the construction of thin wall hollow high piers as well as the design and construction of monolithic lifting bracket structure are introduced in this article. |
