由于瓦斯在煤(岩)中的含量、压力的存在形式、涌出规律、煤层的赋存条件等很难在勘测设计阶段完全、准确掌握,因此在隧道施工中,若突遇高瓦斯隧道地段而不及时按照瓦斯隧道施工规范施工,爆炸伤亡事故便难以避免。对马家坡隧道ZK140+660~ZK141+100段施工过程中所检测的瓦斯含量数据进行了统计和分析,对掌子面出现煤层的位置取煤样测试了吨煤瓦斯含量,通过间接法测试了瓦斯压力,计算出了瓦斯绝对涌出量,具体参数如下:吨煤瓦斯含量值2.75 m3/t,瓦斯压力值0.18 MPa,瓦斯绝对涌出量2.06 m3/m |

Because the content of the gas in the coal rocks, its form and the pressure, and foaming rules and seam occurrence condition are difficult to decide accurately and completely in the design phase, in the construction of tunnels, if gas emission is encountered and measures are not taken timely according to the gas tunnel construction specifications, explosion would not be avoided. Based on the technical specification for gas tunnel, the ranks of various parameters of Majiapo tunnel gas are tested, and the result shows that the gas volume per ton coal is 2.75 m3/t, the gas pressure is 0.18 MPa, and the absolute emission of gas is 2.06 m3/min. The conclusion is that this tunnel is not prone to have gas outburst, but belongs to the high gas levels tunnel. The data and methods in this article may have reference value in the construction of other tunnels in the future. |
