建立基于熵权计算模型与可变模糊集模型的城市道路立交部次生环境影响组合评价体系,该体系首先考虑立交部对区域内社会、经济、自然环境三方面的继发性影响,构建城市道路立交部次生环境影响评价指标体系,然后应用熵权计算模型计算指标权重,应用可变模糊集模型的4个参数模型对立交部次生环境影响状况作组合评价,并将该评价体系应用于实例。结果表明:将熵权计算模型与可变模糊集模型应用于城市道路立交部次生环境影响组合评价,不仅能保证指标权重具有较好的客观性,而且评价结果是一个线性参数模型与三个非线性参数模型的评价均值,因此具有较好的稳定性与可靠度,为本领域的研究提供了一种较为理想的手段。 |

A combination evaluation system of urban interchange secondary environment impacts is established. First, considering the long term impact on society, economy and natural environment in the interchange area, an evaluation index system of urban interchange secondary environment impacts is set up. Then entropy model is applied to calculate index weight, and secondary environmental impacts of urban interchange are evaluated by using a 4 parameter model of the variable fuzzy model. Finally, the evaluation system is applied in examples, and the results show that entropy model and variable fuzzy model, applied to combination evaluation of urban interchange secondary environment impacts, can not only ensure that the index weight has good objectivity, but also that evaluation result has good stability and reliability because it is the compute mean value from a linear parameter model and three nonlinear parameter model, thus providing an ideal method for research of this area. |
