采用致密堆积方法对快速修复材料进行组成设计,并应用正交设计方法对该组成进行优化。研究了环境温度、稀释剂用量及固化剂用量及其交互作用对快速修复材料强度的影响。应用方差分析方法讨论了因素及因素间交互作用的主次顺序。确定了快速修复材料的配比及最佳固化温度,最佳条件下修复材料4 h强度可达104 MPa,35 ℃条件下强度可达80 MPa以上。 |

The composition of rapid repairing material is designed by means of dense piling method, and optimized by means of orthogonal design. The influence of environmental temperature, the dosage of attenuant and curing agent, and their interaction on the strength of rapid repairing material is researched. The ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) is used to study the primary and secondary sequence of the factors and their interaction. The mix proportion and the optimum curing temperature of rapid repairing material are determined. Under the optimum conditions, the four hour strength of the rapid repairing material can reach 104 MPa, and under the condition at 35 ℃, it can reach 80 MPa. |
