“十一五”期间环渤海地区机场与高速铁路建设发展迅速,依照规划“十二五”期间将继续保持高速发展,但是铁路与民航基础交通设施之间缺乏联动效应。以北京、天津、石家庄三地机场作为节点,分析了环渤海地区航空与铁路交互模式服务系统建设的必要性以及该系统建设需要完成的工作。结果表明该系统的建设是可行的,建成后可以有效提高环渤海地区的交通效率,减少旅客出行时间,降低能源消耗。 |

The construction of airport and high speed railway developed rapidly in Bohai rim in the period of “eleventh five year plan”, which will continue in the next five year. However, the basic transport facilities of airports and railways lack an interaction. This paper analyzes the necessity of aviation and railway interaction mode service system and the tasks which should be accomplished for the system in Bohai rim. The airports in Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang are set as nodes in the analysis. The analysis shows that the establishment of this system is feasible. When the system is set up, it can bring such benefits as enhancing the traffic efficiency, decreasing the visitors travel time and reducing the energy consumption. |
