      铁路线路走向的选择评价是一个多目标决策过程,为了对新建铁路线路的走向进行系统科学地评价和选择,构建了由工程投资、客流情况、环境保护和工程条件4个评价指标组成的指标体系,运用三角模糊数的TOPSIS评价方法,对线路走向的选择进行了实证分析评价。三角模糊数的TOPSIS评价方法,克服了AHP和FAHP评价方法的因主观因素造成的对结果产生影响的缺点。分析结果表明:三角模糊数的TOPSIS评价方法对新建铁路线路走向的选择有较好的适用性。
英文摘要:
      Line selection of a new railway is a multi objective decision making process. In order to make a scientific and reasonable evaluation and selection of a new railway line, this paper establishes the index system which includes 4 indexes( project investment, passenger flow, environmental protection and engineering condition). Then the paper uses the TOPSIS evaluation method with the triangle fuzzy number for a demonstration of railroad line selection. The TOPSIS evaluation method with the triangle fuzzy number has overcome the shortcomings due to subjectivity of AHP and FAHP method. The result indicates that the TOPSIS evaluation method with the triangle fuzzy number has good application value in the selection of a new railway line.
