      根据思贤窖特大桥主墩承台施工,分别从施工组织、混凝土浇注、混凝土养护等方面介绍了大体积混凝土的施工。详细介绍了冷却水管安装和测温探头的布置,并从调节混凝土配合比和外加剂使用以及采用冷却测温系统指导现场大体积混凝土施工养护等方面,分析了如何控制因水化热等引起的大体积混凝土内部与表层、表层与外部环境间的温差,防止温度裂缝的产生。
英文摘要:
      According to the construction of main Pier Pile Caps of Sixianjiao super-large bridge, the construction method of mass concrete is briefly introduced in this paper from construction organization, concrete casting, concrete curing and other aspects. In order to prevent the cracks, based on the design of mix proportion, admixture and the cooling and temperature measuring system, the paper minutely analyses the construction and curing of concrete on the spot, including control of temperature difference caused from hydration heat between internal concrete and surface, between surface and external environment, etc.
