动力机器框架式基础动力分析的传统方法有共振法和振幅法。基于有限元变分原理,结合具体的工程实例,使用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了动力机器作用下框架基础的动力数值模型,并对其进行了模态分析和谐响应分析。基于数值分析结果,对两种传统的机器基础动力分析方法的适应性进行了讨论。结果表明:相对共振法,基于振幅的分析方法在动力机器框架式基础的动力分析中更加合理。 |

There are two traditional methods of dynamic analysis for the feasibility analysis of frame foundation under power plant, namely, the method of resonance and the method of vibration amplitude. In this paper, based on the finite element variational principle, under power machinery, by ANSYS finite element software, entity-base framework model is set up and modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are made of the response. Through the analysis of calculation on the actual project, the applicability of the two traditional methods is analyzed, showing that the method of vibration amplitude is better than the method of resonance for dynamic analysis of machine with the frame foundation. |
