提出采用悬浮 骨架密实结构进行橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料级配组成设计的思路,通过马歇尔试验研究了橡胶颗粒掺量为2%及3%时混合料的体积特性,并对其路用性能和耐久性进行了试验研究。结果表明:悬浮 骨架密实结构设计方法用于橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料级配组成设计是可行的,按此方法设计的混合料具有良好的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性及耐久性,各项性能指标均满足规范要求。 |

Gu shan tunnel for Qing Lan high speed highway (at the section from Handan to Shexian) is a three lane flat tunnel with a large span. The geological condition of rock is complex for the tunnel. The construction is difficult and the risk of safety is high. In addition, the time limit of construction is tight. The tasks of construction were finished smoothly with the methods of advance large tube ceiling hole injection, suggestive double wall pilot tunnel, suggestive single wall pilot tunnel and traditional bench, and construction safety and quality was ensured through monitoring of data. |
