      邯武快速路上跨西环路、邯长铁路斜拉桥工程,进行了索塔锚固区足尺节段模型试验。由于其采用环向U型预应力筋,对其进行了孔道摩阻试验和张拉伸长量研究实验。共测试了5组环向预应力筋的孔道摩阻系数,并对其伸长量进行了测量,发现伸长量超出了设计要求的±6%,对比国内同类型斜拉桥的环向预应力试验,引入了预应力束发生径向位移引起的附加几何伸长量,对其进行了伸长量的修正计算。并对张拉的具体操作提出相应要求。最后将修正结果应用于实际工程之中,起到了重要的作用。
英文摘要:
      Based on the construction of PC cable stayed bridge of Hanwu expressway in Handan, the full scale segment anchorage zone model test is carried out. Due to the using of the U prestresse tendons, the elongation and the frictions between tendons and duct wall of the U prestress tendons are calculated and analyzed. Tests are made for five groups of the prestressed passageways to get the friction factors between tendons and duct wall and the elongation. The results show that the prestressed elongation exceed ±6% of the design value. Compared with the result of the same type of bridge, additional geometry elongation is introduced for the prestress of radial displacement and amendment is made for the elongation. Accordingly corresponding requirements are put forward on the actual construction. The amended results were applied in practical construction and played an important role.
