铁板砂由于其特殊的工程地质特性及力学特性,常用的旋挖钻机进尺速度慢,成孔质量也较差,文章结合南水北调配套工程某铁板砂土层中钻孔桩施工实例,介绍了改进的钻孔桩施工技术,通过对施工机具和工艺的改进,采用短螺旋钻头进行铁板砂冲击钻进,取得了良好的效果,保证了成桩质量。文章提出的改进的施工工艺可为以后类似工程提供参考。 |

Due to iron sands special geological features and mechanical properties, commonly used rotary drilling is slow and the hole quality is poor. The improved technology of bored pile construction is introduced combined with South North Water Diversion Project, and good results are achieved and the quality of the pile can be guaranteed by using short mono lithic spiral drill for percussive drilling. The improved construction process in this paper may provide reference for future similar projects. |
